Description of Work: Matt stopped by to give me an estimate on repairing some loose floor tiles in a bathroom. It turned out he had the tools he needed, and I had an extra tile, so he just stayed and promptly did the work. It was a small project but he did such a nice job I was almost wishing I had more for him to do. He would be a good choice for repairing or installing a tile floor.

 + 3 moreFor labor of installing 600 sq ft of ceramic floor tile, installation of the cupboards and window a/c. This included tearing out the carpet and replacing it with ceramic tile. Also removing and installing 3 toilets and 2 sinks. He is extremely professional. prompt and courteous. He stayed within the quoted price and did extra things like installing the window a/c and repaired 1 of the toilets.
Description of Work: Ceramic floor tile, installed a window a/c, installed wall cupboards in the laundry room.
