Lenny called me the morning after I submitted my request. I explained the situation to him and he told me what he thought was causing the issue. He said it probably would not be a cost effective to repair the washer. He offered to look and confirm. I appreciated his candid assessment and him not wanting to waste my time or money. I will definitely contact him the next time I need a repair.

My experience with Lenny 's company is outstanding. I found him on Angies list and he came to fix my broiler. Many repair people dont carry parts anymore. He had the part and quickly fixed problem within 3 days. 2 days later i came home to my frig freezer fan making a racket. He was able to squeeze me in the next day and had part to fix. I will be using him for repairs for appliances that he fixes. Great experience .
