The gentlemen that they sent out, seemed like he was getting paid on the time. Like he wasn't making very much money. He was completely running. I wondered why he was in such a hurry. I started questioning it, but I didn't say anything. He would say he could knock this floor out in two hours. Just really bothered me. I knew if you did as big of an area as I did, you wouldn't knock nothing out in two hours. I am not stupid. He did not finish, and promised me he would be back the next weekend to finish it. Never showed up, or came back. I called up Home Depot and the crew they go through. They hire out these people, Home Depot does. I called about my guy, and he quit. Now what do we do. They set up someone else to do it. I got half a floor. It was nuts. They sub contract these guys out for lower price to do the work, and they make the money. He was talking about that. He said he only gets seventy five cents a square foot for putting down the trimming on the wood flooring. Home Depot is charging ten bucks, but paying him seventy five cents. That is why they have such a turn over. Pricing was about right. I wouldn't use them for carpet, flooring, nothing. I don't go to Home Depot anymore. I got to the other provider now.

We have a close friend who installed the water heater. We paid close to $700 on the water heater and we thought that it was fair. Most of the staff that we dealt with were very helpful, so we go continue to go there. The taxes are a little higher, but the help, assistance and service we get there is very important.

The selection at Home Depot was great. The sales staff even helped us get the accessories necessary to mount the extra large fan from our very high ceiling.

THEY WERE HELPFUL AT FIGURING OUT WHICH DOOR FIT OUR NEEDS. WE GOT ONE WITH 3 REMOTES & A CODED REMOTE WHICH IS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE GARAGE. THAT WAS GREAT FOR WHEN WE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE ACCESS TO THE CAR REMOTES.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN PICKING OUT THE RIGHT DOORS. THE BASEMENT IS LOW IN CERTAIN PLACES & THE DOORS HAD TO BE ABLE TO FIT PROPERLY. THEY GOT US THE RIGHT DOORS.
