They promised that they would fix everything and that they would replace the vanity in the bathroom. They put a vanity that didn't match or fit or anything. It was a waste of space. They were drinking on the job. There were beer cans on the washer. They painted the floor white under the carpet. They were peeping in my window. They keyed my car and cut my cable for my television. I watched the owner Jim Cope do that. They refused to return the key to the front door and said that "Nobody wants anything that is in there anyway". They were terrible and I recommend that nobody uses them for anything.
Description of Work: They had to remove the ceiling and walls. They had to remodel the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, bedrooms due to a flood.

We have never had a contract with a person named [removed member name]. I believe I know who wrote this review 3 years later. Her name is s. [removed member name], and she was a customer by default but a customer non the less. [removed member name] lived in a first floor condo in a 3 story building and in the winter of 2010 a vacant 3rd floor condo had a pipe burst and flood all three floors directly underneath it. We were working with the HOA at the time completing a huge contract from storm damage earlier in the year. We were contracted by the HOA to repair all three floors that were damaged by the burst pipe. Upon 1st contact with [removed member name], we learned that she was living as a hoarder in complete filth and squalor. She had an unknown number of cats living with her and her entire condo was used as a litter box. Her condo was also filled from top to bottom and front to back with garbage and animals feces and had water running from the ceiling for several hours soaking everything before it could be fixed on the 3rd floor. She had no access to a working toilet or shower/tub or kitchen sink for that matter. Everything was covered and completely inaccessible. After several unsuccessful attempts and negotiations by the HOA to have her vacate her condo so that the necessary repairs could be made, they were left with no option but to hire an attorney and get a court order for her to be removed so that the living conditions for her and her immediate neighbors could be stabilized and made safe for living again. It took approximately 2 months for all of this to happen during which time she continued to live in these conditions apparently not bothered by the water soaked feces, mold and garbage. After [removed member name] was forcibly removed by the Denver health dept and sheriff’s office the work commenced immediately. From start to finish the project took approximately 6-7 weeks and took (3+) 30 yard dumpsters of trash from a 900 sq ft, 2 bedroom condo. The project consisted of a complete gut of her condo due to the damage she had caused, asbestos content throughout and that of the burst pipe on the 3rd floor. All phases were inspected by the HOA and the Denver building dept. All inspections passed and she was allowed to move back into her condo. For several months after that she would call at all hours of the night and day and harass us for “taking away her home” and making it un-livable. I find it funny how she has changed her name and address (New York, we are in Denver) for this supposed review of our service and how it comes 3 years after the fact. The accusation of me or my people “peeping in her windows” or “drinking on the job” or “keying her car” or anything else to that extent are absolutely false and completely preposterous! If I had more time to deal with her I would file a lawsuit against her for slandering my companies and my name. Anyone reading this I would refer to the BBB for a real review of our service and how we treat our customers where it will show we have never even had a customer file a complaint.
