Jerry is the man! He helped us out big time and did great work! My wife and I had a chance to work along side him for a day and was very impressed by his pace and knowledge. He is a real standup guy and I cannot express how pleased we were by his services. We highly recommend his work.

I can't say enough good about Jerry Large and Brighton Construction. I hired Jerry to build a 30 x 15 foot room in my basement. He responded quickly, he was professional. Once the bid was accepted, he finished the project within the time frame quoted. Jerry did all the framing, drywall, electrical, heating vent by himself. He cleaned up after the work was done. His work is just beautiful job, I'm so happy with the new room, it looks so modern and professional. I will definitely hire Jerry in the future.

It went perfectly. I contacted Jerry. He got back to me right away. He came for a home visit and started work the next Monday. He does EXCELLENT work very quickly at the best price. He showed up every day before 9 am and worked until 5 pm until the job was finished. He even stayed until 8 pm the final night to finish up all of the details. He provided me with all of the receipts for materials and a final detailed invoice. The BEST contractor ever.

first.My wrought iron security/storm door was torn off during a storm because someone had left the door unlatched. The door frame was also severely damaged. Jerry showed up on time and gave me a fair estimate. He then showed up on time and did the repairs to the door frame and rehung the door. The work was extremely well done. He had to repair the frame, paint it, and hang the door. Jerry is a great workman and takes pride in all aspects of the job. Any time I have any home projects, I will call Jerry

On every job Jerry has started for me he gave me a time frame to completer the work and stuck with it! He was punctual always there when he said he would be put in a full days work and above all is very knowalagable about his work and extremely honest. I have no problem giving him a set of keys and telling him to get it done. When every job he has done for me has been completed I knew that I got my monies worth and it was done right.

The first thing I can say is that Jerry Large is a man of integrity and a craftsman with an eye for detail and perfection. He did an excellent job of tiling the kitchen with a clean grout job. He built a caddy corner pantry in the kitchen with shelves and and a new door. It turned out to be an excellent use of space. The painting done was a very good job in my estimate (I'm in the trades too and I can tell a good or poor job) and the kitchen remodel probably in itself added 15,000 dollars to overall value of the house. The four downstairs bedrooms were drywalled, textured and painted which gave them a brand new look. He also painted and installed new doors for each bedroom. Finally the downstairs family room and storage room were overhauled with new drywall, texture and paint. It seemed that Jerry Large was very productive on the job. Each day you could see a great amount of progress being made and he finished the job in a timely manner and at a very fair price. I highly recommend him for and type of construction. He seemed very knowledgable and well rounded. He was also very courteous and we had good conversation.
