If you are looking for a company that operates its business with honesty and integrity, look no further than Bill Nance Plumbing. This is the second time in the last couple of years that we needed to call a plumber and we could not be happier with the service we received. Our hot water heater started to leak so we needed a replacement quickly. I called the office at 7:00AM and by 10:00AM Nate was at my door. The price quoted on the phone was more than reasonable and the job was done quickly. I cannot recommend this company any more highly. If you need a plumber, I don't think you will be disappointed by the quality of the work and fairness of the pricing.

From taking out the old one and putting in the new one, the two men did an excellent job.

Service techs Nathan and Zack were very courteous, professional and respectful. They were aware of surroundings, such as doors, rugs, carpet, furniture while moving their equipment in to clean the sewer line, replace the water heater, and removing a water softener tank from the basement. We did not have a specific time scheduled, an open appointment window in the afternoon. They called around 1:20PM to say they were on their way, and started working by 2:00PM. Nathan answered any and all questions we had, even answering our grandson's question and quot;if this was his hobby and quot; ?. We greatly appreciate how Nathan answered our grandson's question, it was not answered in a belittling or condescending manner. :) The jobs were completed and clean up done (there was very little to clean up) by 4:00PM. I did quite a bit of research to locate a family owned business with integrity. I was impressed with the company's website, under references they have listed the full name of customers with phone numbers !!! It seems most websites post the most positive reviews with only a first name and location. This is the first company website I have seen this done. I choose this company because of their reference listings, their community support,and the brief history of the service staff. The employees have been with the company over 5 + years, so that indicates to me they treat their employees good also. We have also seen their trucks in our Cottonwood community several times and received references from homeowners who live here. The company to me seems to be an open book, I highly recommend them.The prices are good, the water heater was on sale , a 50gal. - 920.00, cleaned sewer line - 132.00 and remove water softener tank - 40.00. We are highly satisfied with their service. Thank You Karl, Nathan, and Zack !

Excellent! I was very satsified with the service and have used them again recently.

The plumber, Nathan, showed up promptly and shut the water off. He then started with the refrigerator T connection in the basement. He removed a section of the copper pipe due to two prior refrigerator connections and replaced it with a new piece of pipe with the T fitting on it. He then went upstairs to the main bathroom and replaced the shower cartridge followed by the master bathroom shower cartridge. He went back to the basement and closed off the gas to the patio so that line can be removed. He was very thorough and extremely courteous the whole time plus cleaned up after himself. I would call them again for any plumbing need based on this visit.

All the work was done on a timely and professional manner.
