Description of Work: this is the worst kind of unprofessionalism! They just leave their answering machine on, but never call you back. I noticed on their reviews that this is not the first time it has happened with them. If you factor in the F ratings, they do not get the high A's you give them.

Description of Work: I called and left four messages and nobody ever called me back so I will be looking for another business to refinish my bath tub so no servies were performed by this business, Update on 8/9/12: I had previously written that I had left 4 messages and I didn't get any call backs but I decided I would give him one more chance and we finally connected. He apologized so we set another date and he arrived on time, did excellent work and we love our new bathtub.It paid off to give the business another chance. He was very nice and would use him again.
