+ -1 morePaul could not fix the furnace because he didnt know what was wrong with it! He gave a list of several components that needed to be replaced and told the Blind Elderly Woman that it wasn't worth fixing and gave her a price for a new furnace and left her without heat on a Friday night. Oh, but he did charge her for this! The problem was a tripped power supply breaker. None of the listed components needed replacing. Paul is a CROOK!

+ -1 moreFrom the first moment I called the phone was answered professionally. They were able to have someone out to look out our AC unit the same day. They arrived promptly with in the time frame quoted. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They explained the problem with our system in detail and how they were servicing it. They were fantastic. I would highly recommend them. We will be using them for all of our future heating and cooling needs.

+ -1 moreThe guy put covers over his shoes as soon as he walked into my home. He was very polite and friendly to work with! He completed all of work thoroughly (best I could tell) not taking any short cuts. He arrived in the 2 hour window given and the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time.
Description of Work: Cleaned the coils on the furnace, replaced the furnace filter, removed and cleaned out the blower motor, tested the blower motor while out, and cleaned the fins on the outside air conditioning system unit.
