The tech arrived around 11:30 according to the appointment that had been made. No one was at the house at that time but we were in touch by phone. He wanted someone to be home for the interior cleaning, and I arrived around 12:45. He was just about finished with the outsides. He went over with me again how many windows he would do, how the Groupon applied, and what the final cost would be. Our tech (sorry I did not get his name) was a hard and steady worker. The windows looked good when he was finished with them. The job was finished about 2:30 pm. We are pleased with the result of this job and would be happy to have this company clean our windows again.

We called Robert and asked for an estimate to wash our windows. We asked if the price included the tracks and window sills, he assured us that it did and that he could have someone out that afternoon to start. His employee arrived that afternoon gave us an estimate and informed us that the price he had quoted us did not include the screens they would be a dollar more per window. We agreed on the extra cost because we were having a large gathering that weekend and we did not have time to get more quotes in time to have the job done by the weekend. He then started on the outsides of the windows never opening the windows to clean the tracks. Robert arrived about five o'clock and started on the inside of the windows. I noticed after he had completed a few windows that he did not open any windows to clean the tracks and the windows he did were filmy and had streaks all over them. When I asked about the tracks, he clearly got irritated and said they just wiped them down, they don't actually clean them. When I asked why they had streaks, they said it was so overcast that they needed to come back the next day when it was sunny. I have not heard back from them and they won't return our calls, their phone goes straight to voice mail. They have made no attempt to contact us or even give us an explanation as to why they never returned. They left the screens all over the house, none of them cleaned or in the rooms they came out of and our windows were left streaky and filthy. Do not use this company unless you want to waste your time. Call a reputable company that takes pride in their work and actually plans on doing the job not just collecting a quick buck without doing the work.
