Poorly, they did not cancel the appointment as requested and they did not fullfil their commitment to re-pump the septic at no cost to us.
Description of Work: We requested our Septic System to be pumped since we are in the process of selling our house. We contacted Adams County who said we should hold off until later in the Sales process. My wife called and requested the Appointment be cancelled and explained the situation and why. On March 23, 2012, the septic system was pumped after we called to cancel. The next day since an invoice was left, my wife spoke with Sherry, who said that she remembered us cancelling but also stated that they would pump it for free if the buyers requested that. Since we are now under contract and the buyers rquired the septic to be pumped we called to get it pumped. They turned us down.

THEY CAME OUT QUICKLY THE FIRST TIME & THEN ON A MONTHLY BASIS TO PUMP THE TANK. THEY WERE VERY NICE & SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE CAREFUL NOT TO RUN OVER LANDSCAPING.
Description of Work: WE HAD AN OVERFLOWING SEPTIC TANK THAT NEEDED PUMPING. WE NEEDED IT PUMPED ON A REGULAR BASIS.
