"Lion Home Service installed my gas boiler system 5 yrs ago and have been doing checks on it ever since. Yesterday Matthew G came out for a check and discovered a leak and high pressure in the expansion tank which will require a replacement. He was very knowledgable and very patient explaining things to me and answering my many questions about why a new expansion tank was necessary for a 5 yr old boiler, how the system works, how much the new tank and installation would be and many other issues. I will be requesting him to do the job soon although all of the plumbers from Lion Home Service that I've dealt with in the past have been professional, reliable and thorough so I know I can trust any of them to do an excellent job. Lion Home Service really takes care of their customers."

Not communicating once about being late for the appointment windows and not realizing from the start when I laid out my needs and the granite countertop, I think this is the worst business I've ever dealt with and would not recommend them for any plumbing needs. Hopefully if they ever get a tech out to you, they're at least able to do their job as dispatch is not."

He saved us well over $500 on the repairs AND never EVER tried to upsell us. He was very prompt on his visits and was always just a real nice guy! I don't recommend a lot and have NEVER written a review before, but I can't recommend Brandon enough, you will NOT be disappointed!!"
