"This was the worst experience on a new house build. Clancey took 15 months to do a 7 month build. Clacney said he would come by in the spring to grade outside my house. Still has not come by to complete the grading around my house! I asked Clancy if the house would be ready for me in December of 2023. He said yes. The house was not completely finished then. So l was still living in a not completed house! It took him until March to get the house done. He didnâ  t keep any of his dates on the completion. He also didnâ  t his subcontractors for the A/C. The subcontractor tried to put a lean on my house."
