Description of Work: Rocky Mountain sold, installed, and still services our hot tub. The product is fine and we receive outstanding service from the company. Phone calls are returned promptly and any service issues are addressed in a timely fashion. The employees are courteous, friendly, and knowledgable. They do a superb job of maintaining our hot tub. We've been customers for over 4 1/2 years, and wouldn't even consider calling anyone else.

+ -1 moreWe have been using them for two years or more. They charge $125 to maintain our hot tub on a regular basis. They maintain the quality of the water. They also ensure that the hot tub is working properly and when it is not, they do the repairs. They are very responsive and highly reliable. Usually, the same technicians come out; so, they know what they are doing and when to show up. Their prices are good. We will use them again in the future.
