+ 0 moreContractor went to property and made a full assessment of damages, supplied pictures and details of damage, purchased replacement materials, repaired necessary work, including replacing damaged plumbing inside walls with more resilient materials, and left premises clean and in a rentable condition. Everything was handled by phone and e-mails, saving the cost of traveling to property.
Description of Work: Major repairs at home in Alma, Colorado, after renter abandoned premises and property manager failed to secure premises against freezing and damage. Replaced a lot of plumbing, including replacing toilet which was broken and pump which was frozen and split. Have used this contractor in the past for a wide variety of repairs and construction.
