What an amazing experience. Matt is totally service oriented. He is professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and goes above and beyond to handle any problem. He came at short notice, precisely on time, and explained what he would be doing. His suspicions of the problem with our refrigerator was 100% correct, and as this was something that could not be repaired by anyone within 200 miles, he explained how to handle the issue with the manufacturer. I had a few other things that were not working correctly with my gas range and he took the time to look at it and diagnose that problem also. He will return with the needed parts as soon as they arrive. I totally recommend him for any appliance need. I am overjoyed to have him as a "go to" repair person.
