+ 4 moreUnited Property Services, LLC has performed extensive repairs and renovations on all 5 of my rental properties in Boulder County. I live in Florida and know I can completely rely on their expertise to do a thoroughly professional job, whatever the endeavor, with the work being up to current building code. They go the extra mile to get whatever is needed to complete any work request at very reasonable price. And they take smart phone pictures of all their work, so I can see the beautiful results! Suffice it to say, the United Property Services crew are the BEST!
Description of Work: Among the many projects they just completed on just my latest rental property, a 3800 sq ft house, while I could not be there (!) are: - re-securing loose roofing soffit and sealing the gaps with caulk, on the 3rd story roof; - repairing and finishing garage ceiling fire barrier holes; - re-taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing of deteriorated drywall joints; - installed over 6 different light fixtures, from hanging pendants, to track lights, to flush mounts, adding new outlet boxes and wiring where needed; - changed out a 35 year old ceiling fan, replacing the surface mount box to fit the new speed control assembly operated by remote control; - installed a new doorbell, patching and painting over the old holes; - installed a new sink baffle, removing and reinstalling the garbage disposal; - installed a new bathroom exhaust fan, enlarging opening to fit new fan; - installation of hard-wired LED lights under all the upper kitchen cabinets by their electrician; - and, finally, cleaned up all work areas, broke down all assembly boxes for recycling, and loaded up all trash and delivered to the County landfill.
