They basically did 3 jobs in about six hours. All were done exceptionally well.

Everything went great. The technicians were so informative and helpful.

Good. Very professional, on time, they did a great job, pulled all the system out, and pulled the dirt out, they used corner protectors to not be damaged the drywall, cleaned the carpet real fast, always very professional.

I am very happy with this carpet care with the service they provide I have referred them to my family and friends and they did a great job as well.

Horrible. Sloppy. Left stairs so wet the water went into the closet beneath. I tried to dry everything with a massive number of towels. Then a putrid, sour smell set in. Called him, he came and sprayed a powerful scented smell on them. It was awful, could not live in the house. Had to have this simple stair cleaning redone. I couldn't get rid of the smell. It took 3 cleanings to get all the water up and his smell solution out. He was late, rude about the mess he caused, and seemed to absolutely not care about the lack of quality of his work. Never again. I am an Angie's subscriber, but I hired him from a local advertisement. When I saw this company, I had to write this review because it was memorably miserable.

Service tech's call to let me know when they would be there even though I had been given a time windowl, friendly and professional. Price was very affordable.

They were on time when they came.

I wasn’t as pleased with them as I was with my other carpet cleaner. They left a white film on the carpet and once the film was gone the carpet was dirty. I tried to call them back but there was no response.

I had noticed two negative reviews out on the web and nearly chose not to use Steve's carpet care. His quote came in just under that of many of the other folks I talked to on the phone. He was able to make my schedule of having the cleaning the next day. The tech arrived about 15 min. late, but called twice beforehand to let me know. Once the tech arrived, he documented what the total cost would be so there wouldn't be any surprises. Overall, the cleaning looked pretty good. He wasn't able to get out any of the set in stains (we just moved into the house) that were there from the previous owners, but everything else looked much nicer. It is hard to say if someone else could have done a better job on the stains, but I doubt it. Either way, I would happily use Steve's again.

The technician who showed up was efficient and seemed very knowledgeable about the work he performed. Cleaning all of our carpets, 2 couches and one chair. He was extremely personable and it really seemed that he enjoyed his work. I highly recommend Steve's Carpet Care.
