If others say they got a quality build, it’s highly likely there are undiscovered construction defects that were covered up before the owners noticed. Pull down a gutter to see if fascia was painted or even caulked. Measure fascia to see if it is actually fascia or a cheaper piece of siding substituted as fascia. Put a level or square on walls, floors, bathtubs. Pull off your soffit to see if there is proper framing to support it. He has James Hopperstad, as the team architect. He is NOT an architect. Sopris is unskilled labor, cheap out shortcuts, substitution of inferior materials for their profit and incompetence at luxury prices.
