While Jack was very polite at the beginning, promised the world and seemed entirely focused on our satisfaction, his work and attitude deteriorated during the course of the project. The work was substandard and he refused to return to fix it. We still have problems with the shower he installed. I would not use him again.
Description of Work: Satinwood remodeled a bathroom and bedroom, improved kitchen.

Description of Work: We are in the process of digging out our foundation to create a new entrance to our basement. We had hired a carpenter to install the door framing and down the road, the door (which happens to be arched). Our carpenter called at the last minute and said he couldn't do it. I looked in the Daily Camera and saw the ad for Jack Thompson - Satinwood Construction, Inc. and called. He called me right back. He showed up on time, seemed very knowledgeable and the situation that we were facing did not trouble him at all. It all seemed like business as usual for him. He'll be starting the work for me later this week and I'll continue to post reviews to let you know how it all turns out.
