My wife and I live in Maryland but intend to move to Colorado within a couple of years, and are in the process at looking at a range of properties in the Fort Collins and Boulder area to get an idea of properties and their values. Ms. Debolt became our principle local (Colorado) contact in this endeavor back in December '12, and is doing a splendid job for us. We went property touring with her for two days in January 2013, and had a great time. The process was as informative as we had hoped, and much less tiring than we had expected. As we toured and as we discussed what we were seeing, Ms. Debolt continued very appropriately and comfortably to confine our criteria (cost, location, size, etc.). Besides the touring, Ms. Debolt has been in continuous email and phone contact with us, and continues sending new listings. Ms. Debolt strikes both of us as knowledgeable and honest, and her approach as relaxed and friendly. When we are ready to buy, Ms. Debolt will be our agent.

There was no problem at all but we had 3 highly qualified professionals and at some point we just had to go with our gut. We interviewed her once. It basically came down to a coin toss. She was fine and professional. She had a good presentation and was ready to go rock and roll. We just had to pull the trigger and pick one.

I worked in the same office as Rita many years ago and I was so impressed with her work ethic that I handed my clients to her when I left the the business. She is a dedicated professional, a very warm and caring human being and anyone who works with her will find themselves in excellent hands. You will never find a better realtor.

She was super nice, but kept pushing for a short sell on my home. I know that a short sell screws up your credit, yet she seemed to dismiss this aspect.

I would highly recommend her to others. I last spent $600000 on a town hall. In my opinion in an industry with less than ethical professional, she is stands out as being professional and ethical. She will not sell something and talked me out for a sale that she did not feel was a good fit for me and it cost her, her commission. I have used her on numerous purchases and to view property that I was interested in for probably 18 years and I have never met anyone as ethical in almost in any profession as her. I think that she is an incredible professional.

She will talk you out of a property if she thinks it isn't right. Her commission is her last concern. She goes above and beyond. She works hard to help me out. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She knows the South Bay area of Los Angeles.
