Quade Construction

All projects went well but when I called him back months later for another project he never called me back.

We can't say enough good things about Eric, Scott and everyone that came in with Quade Construction. First, they are just really terrific people. Hard working, friendly, flexible, professional. From the start, they were willing to go to work much faster than anyone else. They worked over the Christmas/New Years holidays to get us back to normal as soon as possible. And their work is incredible. I picked some inexpensive tile for a walk-in shower, and had an idea of an unusual design I wanted. Eric did all the work from pouring concrete, tiling, refitting fixtures, and making my design work. The bathroom alone looks like something from a magazine. I wanted some unusual flooring/subfloor options, and they researched it and came up with the best options and did an amazing job putting it in. Someone else has said that they can do anything, and I truly believe that as well. At one point, Eric found a leak coming from our kitchen (upstairs from the bath), so he spent the afternoon repairing our drain pipe from the kitchen sink to keep them on track with the schedule. They used top quality materials throughout, and were very quick. They were very flexible in working around our plans to handle electrical separately, and frankly were just really helpful at every point in the project. My bath vanity is a great example of how flexible they are. I selected and ordered a vanity online. Sadly, what came was different from what was shown online and when they put it in, I felt it was too big and too dark for the space. I was in a panic as I went in a frantic search for a new one. Eric was completely calm and said not to worry - they would reconfigure their schedule if needed to give me more time. He said that they were happy to put various options in the space to see how I liked it. They would slide one in place and we would all look at it and see what we thought. We ended up with a new vanity that worked great in the space. But, now the plumbing was in the wrong place. There weren't phased - they gave me options for how to install it without having to re-do the plumbing and drywall. And Eric has a great design sense. From solving my dilemma about where to put a Murphy bed (he suggested bumping out the ceiling in one spot in the bedroom to make room for it), to helping me figure out grout and paint colors, he has a great eye. I will definitely use Quade Construction for any other needs that come up. In fact, I'm already lining up my next projects.

They did the job quick and easy.

From the beginning, he listened to what we were after and then gave a number of recommendations to help us determine the final design and materials to support what we wanted. Approachable throughout the process as we had questions. Easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. Courteous team. In fact, I just contacted him again on 1/9/14 for some questions on how to temporarily take down part of the deck railing and put it back up. Well after the project was completed (5 months), he still responded quickly to my questions and gave me the advice I needed to make the job painless. Highly recommended.

He was very efficient and very professional. The work was superior and did a great job. He also made a fence and gate on our front porch that is removable and he tailored it to match the wood exactly to the existing front porch woodwork. It was a little bit extensive, but he installed a swing gate which turned out to be great. He did an outstanding job and we are hiring him for other services.

It went well. He followed up on estimate and kept me and tenant informed.

He is fantastic to work with and I used him previously to fix a my roof. He was able to complete both projects on time and under budget . He did a great job.

He did the job I requested. He is very smart and clever with carpentry and came sharp on time. He has a nice personality and is a talented carpenter. I did not like how he did not pick up after himself. Negatively, he left saw dust that took me two and a half hours for me to pick up. In addition, he left for four hours to get supplies. Initially he did not come with basic supplies for work on my posts.

Eric is very easy to be around and always willing to explain in detail what he's doing and why. And he knows his stuff! All the woodworking was done with a high degree of precision, and my wife and I are very pleased with the results.

I know I said it before, but this guy can do anything. He is next going to replace a sliding glass door and a garage door.

There were several things in our 18-year old house that needed to be refinished, spruced up and adjusted. Eric built whatever was necessary, and performed the work described above in a professional, careful and craftsman-like manner. I was so pleased with his skills, his demeanor and his careful attention to detail.

I couldn't have been happier with his work if he was family. Excellent!
