I hired Pro Stone Service's Michael ? , to remove and replace our grout in our Master bath floor and shower. The shower was successful, however the bathroom floor was a disaster! Michael, a 20 something young man proceeded to attempt to remove the old grout and replace it with new grout, 100% unsuccessfully. As a millennial, he would only use his electric tool to attempt to remove it when in fact it took a patient person chiseling out the old before replacing. with the new He was ready to then re-grout his feeble attempt of grout removal when my General stopped him and informed him that it wouldn't work if he re-grouted the little bit he was able to remove, ( You need to remove at least 50% of the existing grout before re-grouting) Michael acknowledged that it mostly likely wouldn't work and he would warranty his work as well but didn't want to do the job the right way and even though we were waist deep in the project and no turning back at that point! My General Contractor, his asst., and my wife spent nearly 2 days doing the job correctly. He didn't want to work that hard! When he came back to re-grout he gouged me on the price of the grout marking it up 300% because of the money he lost on the original work. He was polite, and courteous, and showed up on time but didn't get the job done whatsoever. In addition, he was going to attempt to remove some whole tiles on the bathtub deck which he gave 30-45 minutes of effort but broke 3 of the 6 tiles available we needed. He said, "I won't charge you for that", like he was doing me a favor. In the end my General and his asst. were able to get 3 of the remaining 4 out whole and intact. Once a kid trying to do a seasoned mans job. In fairness he did clean and re-grout the shower tiles and that is the only reason I gave him 1 Star above. He knows he messed up, if you use him get everything in writing and make the mistake I did of paying most of it upfront! I am available for questions if you have any? Budd

I sent pictures of the area on the counters that needed repair/buffing. Got a prompt estimate back. Scheduling quick and easy and they were on time. I'm very happy with the outcome. My son had spilled acid and etched some counter surfaces. They look good as new!

ProStone did a wonderful job repairing the chips in my Quartz kitchen countertops. Vance did a great job and was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will not hesitate to use them again and refer ProStone to family and friends.

I hired This company to clean my quartz kitchen counters. When the tech arrived, he totally shocked my by telling me that I would not benefit from his services! I was so grateful. Was able to cut the existing granite countertops to fit in a new range. Did a great job even though it was a difficult situation.

Great experience. We had some issues with the install but they stood behind their product and got it installed perfectly.

Great communication and excellent advise. Ended up replacing the grout and recaulking the tub. The price was competitive and the end result made those old tiles look like new again.
