Michael was very professional and really knew about tile and surfaces. A small but great thing he did was he had covers over his boots when he entered our house. I did hire this company, in the end I paid for a $500 dollar hole in my counter. That's it. They cant install the sink and they can't reinstall the pumbing. Waste of my money. For $500 I would have learned to do it myself.

The grout was filthy black and Michael got it back to beige!

We had a counter and sink installed in 2013 in our second bathroom. The sink cracked, and Pro Stone Services did not do the initial installation, but worked to find the proper sink, sent an knowledgeable employee to remove and replace the sink. Apparently, the sink had not been installed correctly, probably why it cracked. Andrew did a fine job of working around the obstacles, and now we have a properly installed new sink.
