I had a drain that was clogged and the HOA was going to have an entire Hazmat crew come out and hit the mainline from the bottom up. I called Precision for a second opinion. Let me just tell you Key-Gee found the issue, diagnosed the problem, and found a solution that was a couple of hundred bucks rather than a couple thousand. Stress...gone, anxiety...gone. 12 of 10 would hire again and highly recommend Kay-Gee if you can get him. These guys know what they are doing and I won't ever use another plumbing company.

Arrived at the beginning of the time frame given for the repair call. Followed all Covid protocols and brought shoe covers for inside the home work. After replacing the fill tank assembly, tested it with dye tablets to insure that the leak was fixed.

As always, a true pleasure having Patrick visit to inspect outrplumbing. Patrick found a leaking kitchen faucet that needed repair. Totally worthwhile having our annual inspection contract for plumbing, HVAC and electrical with Precision Plumbing!

Eric as always was superb. A true pleasure to visit our home. Checked out the fan on our furnace. Prompt, thorough, efficient and precise.
