Precision installed my water heater two years ago. When I had my furnace serviced, the technician checked the pressure on the water heater and it was very high, a component had failed. A plumber from Precision came out and replaced the defective part since it was under warranty. He suspected that a water pressure regulator may have to be installed but when he checked the water pressure coming into the house, it was in the acceptable range. He could have just as easily told me I needed this and it would have cost me $600 but Jacob was an honest man. I am so impressed with his integrity. I will use them again in the future for sure. The replacement of the defective part didn't cost me anything. Thank you Precision for being an honest company.

I use Precision for all my household needs.

We pay a monthly fee since they installed our furnaces and humidifiers. They are quick to respond to our requests and do an annual service of the furnaces at no extra charge. The technician lets you know when they are on the way. He wears a mask and booties while in the house. He explains what he did and what he finds before he leaves.

I have reviewed Precision so many times that I thiought I was running out of good things to say. But on this occasiion Sean explained that there must have been some seidment in fuacet cylinder and that it did not have to be replaced.As always, I would not think of hiring any plumber except Precision.

Ramon worked hard and did a good job. Still waiting to hear back about what seems like it will be an awful experience. Hoping these guys help make it easy. Ramon was good though.

The technician was awesome! Your descriptions of work done is not on the list. He cleaned our our sewer pipes, so Iâ ll just fill out a bogus job.
