From this experience with Precision Electrical, I can conclude that electrical is as excellent as Plumbing, which I have used for many years. If there is ever a problem with so,etching Precision has installed, they will fix it.

All went well with one exception. if your repair leader tells you to ask your floor people whether they or the plumbers should take up your expensive vinyl floor, do not do it! have the floor people take up your floor. the floor people can remove without damaging it and the plumber cannot. we ended up paying $5000 to replace the floor, which would not have been necessary if we had the floor people do it.

Thorough problem solving by Brad

Our shower suddenly would not turn all the way off. In order to stop the flow we had to turn off the main line, which left us without any water in the house. We called Precision and they were able to send a plumber the next day. Brian came, quickly diagnosed the problem, and repaired the faucet. Our shower now turns off normally and the water to the rest of the house has been restored.

Diagnosis of repair was determined quickly. Max did a great job. The part is ordered and awaiting scheduling.

I have used Precision Plumbing dozens of times over many years. They are absolutely reifiable, trustworthy, professional and thorough, if not the least expensive. I always call Precision first with any plumbing problem.

no one pulled a gun on us

I joined Precision Care Club and scheduled drains, air conditioner service and small plumbing fix. Devon came first and he was great! Integrity and expertise. He was the face of company to me and family and he shined. I am 67 year old disabled veteran just out of hospital and rehab and Devon and Precision company he represented so well have given me peace and knowing I am in good hands.
