Patrick replaced faulty pressure regulator and associated piping in line to sprinkler system. Patrick is excellent! He was persistent and creative in performing the repair. Went beyond the basis essential and added a new bleed valve and shutoff valve above the new pressure regulator to make future servicing easier and quicker.

This was actually a home electrical inspection. Keith Carroll, the electrician, was totally professional and thorough. He located a number of potentially hazardous issues, much to our relief. Once again, Precision comes through as a first - rate organization.

precision is the best. i've been working with them for about 2 years and i've always had a wonderful experience. they do their best to save me money and all of their employees are knowledgeable in their fields. most recently, i had them come and replace a toilet. the plumber was running late from a crazy call right before me and the dispatch called to let me know and ask if it was ok if she came to replace the toilet closer to 6pm which, obviously, i didn't care. the plumber was so great, she was here until almost 8pm and still cheery, happy to tell me what was going on, and happy to explain every facet of her craft i asked about. of course, every turn of the toilet replacement had a complication but she gave me options, ran to the truck multiple times, and always had a working solution. i've had a lot of great plumbers from precision but Katie was the best so far. please, precision, give that girl a raise! dispatch is always quick to schedule my appointment (most recently, i called on wednesday morning, they had Katie at my place wednesday afternoon, she was able to replace the toilet thursday evening) and communicate any complications or delays, the plumbers and technicians always call when they're about ~20 minutes away, they have been at the beginning of the window they say (2pm-5pm, they're almost always here by 2), and, on top of being great at their jobs, every technician is very kind and always happy to explain what's going on. i will always work with precision. keep up the great work!

Keith came to the house twice, the first time to diagnose the problem which turned out to need complete replacement of a large florescent light fixture. The return visit for the replacement was on a Friday afternoon. When it turned out that the job before mine would not be done in time for him to keep his schedule with me, he asked if it was all right if he came by Saturday morning. It was and very much appreciated! Now I have a beautiful working light again and my thanks go to Keith for his professional approach to his work and to me. Thank you Keith!

The warranty they give out weighs the higher cost that they charged up front. When you look at the cheaper company with the terrible warranty, it is worth working with a better company with a great reputation.

great job i have wanted this for 10 years keeps attic cool in the sumer

They came out to install an attic fan in our backyard where the second ventilation hole use to be and gave us an estimate for the work. I thought the costs were on the steep side for the work done. I bought the fan and ventilation grates and they installed the fan on one of our premade ventilation holes. It cost us $850 for two hours of work which i thought was really high for installation, grate install, and electrical wiring. We asked about noise and vibration reduction on the fan since they decided to install it next to the kitchen. They told us to call the manufacturer and has not called us back or have plans to return to decrease the vibration or noise level. The fan is one of the best rated on the market.
