Description of Work: We had new windows installed & they came to give an estimate for the chips & cracks that needed painting after the installation. I told him that we were told by other painters that by the time you tape all the windows, you may as well paint the whole house. He told us that the house did not need painting for at least 2 -3 years & if we could find a handyman, it would be a lot cheaper having him do it. We have never had an experience where someone advised us NOT to use their services because we could have it done cheaper elsewhere. When it does come time to paint, we will be calling them. They are honest, responsive, punctual & professional. Ellen & Don

Description of Work: Interior painting of main level and large high ceiling room. Painting plus did an excellent job. Job was done to estimate and to my expectations including some special requests. Workers were punctual and protected newly installed flooring. Very professional estimate, job, and cleanup. (Previously painting plus painted my complete exterior with similar high quality results.

Description of Work: Our house was power washed on a Friday; the following week the surface was prepared and the painting completed. Two to three coats were applied depending on the underlying condition. The painters were very hard workers, totally professional and responsive to our suggestions. During the process the owner dropped by to make sure we were satisfied. After the painting was completed one of the managers came by to inspect the paint job, make sure were were happy and collect the check.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job from start to finish. They responded quickly to my request for an estimate (within 24 hours) and scheduled work soon thereafter. I was especially impressed with the crew that did the work. They were quite simply nice people to work with - pleasant and hardworking. I was amazed at how quickly they did the work and also how well they did it. They offered me the opportunity to inspect the work when they were finished and promptly fixed the few details that I though needed attention. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. It was a great experience!

+ 0 moreVery good. The owner & his crew were very punctual, cooperative, & thorough in their work. We felt that we received an excellent value given the products used & the overall price. The owner counseled us on products & we ended up using a hybrid mixture of paint pigment & linseed oil which produced an excellent color & high durability.
Description of Work: Pressure washing of exterior of house, re-securing of all loose boards & nails, caulking around windows & doors, & 2 coats of stain application to all surfaces. We used 2 colors- one to the primary siding & a second to the trim (fascia, window & door frames, gutters, downspouts, porch surface & railings).
