It's been going really well. The parts of the lawns that they handle look better than the rest of the law.

They knew what they were talking about. They were prompt and courteous.

Customer Service is excellant. Impact of "organic's" is questionable. They need to evaluate proberties to see what the specific problems are with the products they apply. I use because I have children running around on occasion.

We have used Organo-Lawn for several years with satisfaction. They have always been punctual and up until this year our lawn has looked pretty good without the use of those horrible chemicals. This past year the back yard was looking terrible after several spring treatments with Organo-Lawn organic products. I called the office to ask if they had possibly forgotten to treat the back yard. No! was the sharp answer from the clerk on the phone. When I asked if they could come back a retreat the back yard as it simply didn't look like the front and we had tons of dandelions which we had never before had, the same clerk growled and reluctantly agreed to send a crew back. They did, but the back yard never looked good the entire rest of the summer. In the fall, before signing up for next year, I called again to ask that someone come out to look at the yard as I wasn't satisfied with the way it was looking. Again, the growling clerk said that they were way too busy to do that in the fall and that I would have to wait until Spring. I asked simply if I could get the early payment pricing in the Spring and the now nasty clerk said; No, it was only available in the Fall. When I asked how she thought I could possibly know which plan to purchase if they couldn't come out to look at the present situation, she got rather nasty and simply said that they couldn't help me now. I told her not to bother and that we would not be returning customers. She hung up. I was in no way asking too much of them, nor being too demanding. This is unacceptable behavior as far as I am concerned.

This last service went as smoothly as most prior: A technician appeared at the door on the day scheduled. He left a sheet with an explanation of the product to be applied and instructions for post-service care--usually how long to stay off the lawn and when to water--in addition to an invoice. (The tech hangs these items in a plastic hanger on the door knob if we're not home when service is performed.) He noted that with this product, in particular, he needed to be careful to fully avoid all garden beds, answered a couple of questions from me, applied the product, and departed without issue. The gate was closed, the application didn't seem to wander, and I know I'm set on their calendar for mid-summer again. Very organized, courteous, and professional all the way around. While this season is crazy with dandelions--and we do have a few remaining--the product they applied appears to have helped with weed control and kept our lawn fully organic, which I value. I have always appreciated that Organolawn has been honest about weed prevention rates--e.g., that many organic products do not always provide immediately amazing results, but do make an impact over time and facilitate the overall health of the lawn. (They do offer non-organic options, especially for horribly pesky weeds like bindweed. I haven't tried these, but I've inquired.) They have a website and staff geared to providing info, not only about their products, but also about watering generally, tree health, insects, etc. Organolawn has also apparently researched and provided new products as they become available, sending emails to keep me informed about new options, pros and cons. This last product they applied is new for them and my yard--more successful at weed control than what we had previously, albeit more expensive. They do have a number of choices of products/plans and have assisted me in tailoring my service. I get an email at the end of the season with the "package" I've chosen and have been very responsive when I've had questions/concerns about pricing, products, etc. They've been very patient when I've wanted to change a date of service or alter my plan mid-stream, which has happened a lot this year. I've had a great multi-year experience with this company and hope to continue to.

Because they’re organic they are more expensive than some. The people that work for them are really friendly and they explain things to you. They tell you if you’re watering enough. They’re just really good. They give you a time window of when they’re going to come. I will use them again this summer.

Organo-Lawn did a great job. They returned my phone call promptly and scheduled the service I wanted for the next day. They did a great job with the aeration and there were no chunks of dirt on my driveway, patio or sidewalk. They did a clean job. I would use them again.

We had quite a bit of rain here in the last couple of weeks. They were very good about keeping in touch with me for rescheduling. I never had to contact them to ask. They got out here as soon as they could. I would certainly use them again.

I have a seasonal contract with them. They have all kinds of breaks available depending on how much they're going to do and on how big your yard is. I don't remember comparing their prices to other companies. They've done great work. They're service is excellent. They actually send me an email the day before to tell me exactly when they're going to come and what I should and shouldn't do to the lawn. They just keep me very well posted. I feel like their responsiveness and punctuality is excellent as well.

THESE ARE THE BEST IN THE AREA FOR THIS TYPE OF WORK. THEY ARE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, VERY, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ARE VERY VERY GOOD DIAGNOSTICIANS FOR ALL THINGS LAWN AND LANDSCAPING RELATED.
