I've used almost every plumber in town and they are the only ones that I can really deal with. I would tell them that I've been dealing with these people for a long time and they do good work in their own time. Don't expect instantaneous service that's all.

I had called another plumbing/heating service to service my boiler (which heats domestic hot water and baseboard heat); that company didn't handle my type of system so they referred me to Norm's. For that service, they were great: they investigated the system and cleaned it, and although they generally charge a minimum of 1 hour, the tech finished in a half hour and only charged me for a half hour. Because I was so pleased with their service and honesty (and generosity), I called them again a couple of weeks later to have my sewer line snaked. This time they weren't so generous: they charged me over $300, including an $85 charge for the equipment. I've had this done before for much less. I unfortunately wasn't there while the work was done, and I suspect it took longer because of that. The $85 for equipment that I would think any plumbing company would own seemed unreasonable.

.The plumber arrived when he said he would within hours of my call. He was professional and competent as he quickly found the source of the problem and fixed it. He left my home as clean as he found it and we would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber. We were told in advance how much the service call would cost and there were no surprises. A good experience overall.

We've had Doug out twice now and he's been super informed about our ~15 year old boiler. Precision Plumbing was the company we used previously for years and they always wanted to sell us a new $15K boiler. Doug tells us our boiler has lots of life left and it's been operating noise-free every since we had him come out a year ago, and again last week. Far cheaper than Precision, just as knowledgeable if not more so, easy to schedule, on-time, pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

Well done!! the two technicians were experienced and efficient. Both seemed very knowledgable about hot water heaters. They were also very pleasant and answered many of my questions as they worked. I was present throughout the process and learned a lot about pipe soldering. Would use the company again.

They called the day of the repair and got further detail of my needs to determine it wasn't a main line issue. Ernie was punctual, knowledgeable and very nice. He was honest about my toilets and didn't feel like they had to be replaced, but replaced the parts, which was nice. My toilets are old and I was worried I was going to have to replace all 4-

Ernie was very professional and did a thorough job. I had a couple questions about some others plumbing concerns and he answered them to my satisfaction. I will definately use Norm's plumbing in the future.

Old regulator gave out after 30+ years. Took a shower and got blasted with the high-pressure water stream. Investigated. Water dripping from the ceiling where the regular was located. Call Norm's. Heather said that someone could be there between 1 and 3, and would call to confirm before they came. At 3:00 I called for a status report. Heather said they had been delayed. Apologized for not calling me. After a confirming call, Dave and Dan did show up at 3:40. Surveyed the situation. Did not have the required parts on the truck. Said they would be back in the morning, which was not a problem for us. They showed up at 9:00. Completed repairs by 11:00. Water system is happy again...

Ernie installed a Grundfos recirculating pump on the hot water out line of our hot water heater and a sensor valve on one of the sinks in our master bathroom. The system works great and gives us fast hot water throughout the house, instead of running the hot water for several minutes before it finally gets hot. The pump has a timer so you can run it when you want to. Ernie was nice and professional, arrived on time and was very efficient about getting the job done. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing work.

Ernie showed up on time to our first appointment to look at the job and give us an estimate. We wanted to possibly connect the waterline from our ice maker to the faucets that were connected to our washing machine. Long story short, Ernie thought that he'd have to cut into the wall to attach the waterline to the washer faucet which would cost us a few hundred dollars in labor. But when Ernie showed up to complete the work, he had found a nifty little valve/adapter/splitter which allowed him attach the waterline directly to the faucet which spared us the cost and time of cutting into the wall. Needless to say, we were thrilled with the solution and happy to know that Ernie was trying his hardest to satisfy and save his customers money. We will be using Norm's plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs and look forward to working with Ernie again!

As explained above, called out on an emergency situation, arrived pronto, got to work, worked with the City of Boulder to get the water turned off to the building. Fixed the problem! I had over 100 residents without water and due to their hard work and quick response, we had water that evening. Pipe broke in the afternoon.

I had to wait 4 hours as the plumber was running late. I had to call the business to see if they were coming. The plumber was apologetic, but stated he was overbooked. Overall, he completed the job in the correct manner as there is no leaking. I would not hire them again though based on their lack of communication and lack of a customer centered approach.

Company responded to call quickly, providing well-trained plumber, who was courteous and professional. Provided a thorough inspection to troubleshoot and repair the problem.

Scheduling a repair was easy and the repair person was courteous and on time. He repaired the running toilets with no problems and in very little time.
