Kyle Callahan & Associates specializes in older home renovations. He has done an outstanding job. He's listened to what we've asked and has offered great ideas of his own. He studies for historical value to keep it intact. He works excellently with Boulder County and the historical society. He gets what we want done. He's good, easygoing, thorough and interfaces with the contractor. He's always available and not stuffy. He's very approachable and his price is reasonable. He's sometimes a little slow because he is so busy.
