Dave went above and beyond in caring for our rugs, and for us. We learned of a mold problem (that possibly caused my son's asthma) and wanted to keep our persian rugs, so we opted for a fungicide bath. Not only did he spend time with me discussing other measures we could take but in the end he used a more expensive, natural fungicide (at greater cost to him) just in case my sensitive son would react to the normal fungicide. Thank you, Dave. From my son and all of us.
