Tom Hudgels was incredible -- knowledgeable, professional, accommodating to my indecision at times, and with terrific quality carpet and padding suggestions that ultimately were terrific to inform my decision. And his installer Clint was particularly terrific, an absolute pleasure to work with, super quick, super professional and perfect installation and clean up. I couldn't have asked for more [and I have another carpeting job to come with Hudgels Carpet and Blinds!]

Excellent experience. Tom Hudgel, who I dealt with, was extremely knowledgeable, made great suggestions, courteous, professional, low key [and effective] sales approach, hung in there with me to start from scratch again on carpet choice after I finally made a choice after many samples, only to discover the manufacturer closed their doors the day before we placed my order . Also, my carpet was installed within two weeks of my order, and to perfection by Tom's installer Clint, who was so quick, efficient, professional, so personable, a joy to have in my house. I haven't had the blinds installed yet but have no doubt they will expertly done too.

We were impressed with Tom Hudgel the moment we walked into the showroom. He answered all of our questions about carpeting and sold them in a very low-key, professional manner. Installation, which took place as promised over a two day period, was a work of art. I have never seen carpet installers take such care and pride in their work; it was a perfect job. At no additional charge they helped us size and prepare two extra carpet pieces that we are donating to a non-profit organization; Tom himself even donated a third piece from a roll-end that he had in his showroom. Aged past the proverbial three score and ten, I have no intention of purchasing more carpet myself, but I have absolutely no hesitation in suggesting that future carpet buyers go directly to Hudgels.

Two men arrived when promised. Were quiet, polite, worked diligently and did excellent work. Took all debris away and replaced furniture that they had moved.

Excellent. Very responsive and came to my home within 48 hours. Took quite a few blinds back to his shop to repair and then brought them back after the weekend. THey were great and I would definately use them again!

The owner came to the house and shared an informative estimate that explained what needed to be done. The repair person came a few days later, and reseamed and reinstalled about a 14x18 section of carpet. His attention to detail was excellent, and the carpet looks very nice again.

Tom, of Hudgels Carpets, was very helpful and accommodating in taking pains to help us where others would not. Even though we had to cancel the scheduled service, we appreciated Hudgels high quality of customer service. We will certainly consider hiring them in the future.

This was the best possible experience. The quote was in line with other quotes yet based on the response time and outstanding customer service I decided to use this company. I am very particular and Hudgels did an oustanding job. Great attention to detail and the price was even adjusted at the end becaus the install was less complicated than anticipated. I was very impressed with the integrity and concern for my home during a very busy time. I got great blinds for my entire house and would recommend Hudgels to anyone I know!

They did an excellent job of matching the wood on the new floors to the existing floor in the house, and the quality of their workmanship on both the carpeting and wood floors was excellent. What really impressed me and was a huge help to us was the exceptional customer service both Tom and Tim Hudgel gave us. They not only helped us with our flooring needs but helped us to find a painter, HVAC installer and plumber. We were moving from out of state and it was wonderful to be treated in such a welcoming and helpful way. They helped us to choose good quality materials that we would be happy with for years and were punctual and extremely professional in everything they did. Way to go! I highly recommend Hudgel's Carpet's & Blinds, and I will use them again in the future.

This went so much better than we expected. The two brothers, Tom & Tim Hudgel own the store their parents started in 1965. We didn't find anybody that had the experience and product knowledge that Tom and Tim have. We were able to take samples home and found exactly what we were looking for! The installers were very good and the job went great! One more thing, everybody shows up when they say they will. That's hard to find these days.
