The only reason the customer service category isn't also rated at 5 stars is because there were some delays getting the appraisal completed on time that were not communicated until I made first contact. Better communication would have been appreciated. Otherwise, this company delivered an excellent product at a fair price. I would use Harbinger Appraisal again and will recommend them to others.

It was nice to meet them. The on-site visit was quick and easy for my duplex. The Tenants were shocked how efficient the visit was. When I received the report, it was put together very well. Easy to understand and look through. Nice detail allowed me to grasp where the final number came from. The follow up call was nice as well. Appreciate the time spent to get this done. Thank you Dale
