Max recently helped me out on a rental turnover that included several smaller projects including plaster/paint work, installing a sliding screen door, installing a smoke alarm, and sink drain repair. This was my first time using Angi and Max called me to chat about the project literally seconds after I submitted my request. Prior to our meeting, we were corresponding via text so he could understand the full scope of work and he even sent me an option for a bathroom fan replacement that he took the time to research. We ended up not needing to replace the fan after all because he came up with a creative solution for the issue that saved both time and money. On our scheduled work day, he was friendly, professional, and completed the list of odd jobs in less than a half dayâ s work. When we experienced difficulty getting the screen door to side smoothly, Max took the time to explore all options with tightening and loosening the spring tension, determining the best of all options available. When he sent over his invoice, he even included some additional thoughts on ways we could make the screen door open and close more fluidly. I was impressed with his attention to detail and his ability to problem solve on the fly. I would definitely recommend Max and Hammer & Driver for future projects and larger bodies of work.

I found Maxwell through Home advisor for the repair of a fence post that had been broken by a bear :) He responded within minutes of the request, came up the next day and repaired the fence post the following day, which was an incredible sequence of responsiveness. The repair looks great and I would happy to use his services again for future work.

Seth was able to install both indoor and outdoor lighting, including a high-hanging chandelier. He also took down our Directv dish and made several repairs. I highly recommend him.
