 + -1 moreHe was very friendly, but does not do large asphalt projects.
Description of Work: He does not do asphalt driveways. Apparently, he does do minor repairs, but do not call him for major asphalt projects.

 + -1 moreWe were able to do this small job ourselves more economically. I will have Janaka bid a larger landscape project in the near future which will be more in line with his typical jobs. He also does construction and I will also request a bid on this project if suitable. Bottom line, he is experienced and runs a qualified and efficient crew and is willing to take the time to provide a realistic yet competitive bid.
Description of Work: Janaka Ford provided a reasonable estimate, promptly, and offered suggestions that were helpful in accomplishing this small landscape project.

 + 0 moreI've been using him for 15 years. They offer a senior discount, use good materials, and I'm always satisfied. He doesn't waste materials either. He will see if he has any old materials from old jobs to reuse on new ones to save money. The pricing is also very fair. I've lived in my house for 40 years. I've had 3 cement driveways poured, and they have always cracked. I would always suggest to anyone that they use pavers. I smile every time I see my driveway, and Ford installed it. My husband was an Iwo Jima marine, and very hard to please. Mr. Ford always kept him happy.
Description of Work: He aerated, picked up bags of old leaves, fertilized, and repaired issues with my back porch.
