+ -1 moreShowed up the day scheduled but quite late. Refinished our Kitchen Floor with poor quality. Came back to repair floor which resulted in a worse outcome then the original job (finish had a different sheen then the rest of the floor). Had to wait for a second repair for 3 months to let the floor cure. During second repair, refinisher damaged our brand new refrigerator door by denting it. I realized damage was done right after refinisher left and he denied damaging my property. Had used them once before and even recommended them. Never again.

+ -1 morethey had the best pricing they were very helpful with everything. finding exactly the right color and quality that we wanted, best timing and help with problems we found under the old floor. only set back: the installation team worked only 5 or 6 hours a day, which made the process longer then it should have been.

+ -1 moreWorkers arrived promptly and were reasonably neat. We were originally not happy with the color of the cherry highlights, but were told they would darken with time--which they did!
