contacted for an estimate for tree work and chipping, made an appointment to come first week of september, but didn't show up. haven't heard from them since.

Mr. Thomas did get back to us promptly with a visit to estimate the cost for removal and answered our questions well. The actual job was done within a day, but the workers didn't cut the pieces of tree as small as they'd promised, which made it tough for us to deal with. A portion of the tree grazed the fence as it fell and the crew made a half hearted attempt to patch the hole in the fence.
Description of Work: This company removed a half dead cottonwood from our backyard, leaving the stump in the ground.
