+ -1 moreExcellent. David is a fabulously creative architect and an easy person to work with. He also takes great pride in his work and stays involved during construction to insure the builder is getting it done correctly. I will hire hime a 5th time when I find the next property.
Description of Work: Four times I have hired David to design either a complete home for me or design the remodel of a home.

+ -1 moreTHE DESIGN CAME OUT SPECTACULAR AND BUILDERS SAID IT WAS DONE IN A WAY THAT WAS EASY TO BUILD. DAVID WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH AND IS VERY CREATIVE. THIS WAS OUR SECOND HOME WITH HIM AND WHILE THE PROCESS IS SLOW, IT IS WELL WORTH THE TIME TO HAVE A GREAT ARCHITECT LIKE DAVID.
Description of Work: DAVID SWOBODA DESIGNED A NEW PRAIRIE STYLE HOME FOR OUR FAMILY. INTERIOR FLOOR PLANS, EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR ELEVATION DRAWINGS, PLUS 3-D COMPUTER MODELS.
