+ -1 moreThis company ignored our desire to not exceed four thousand dollars. In full, they charged us $5600. Halfway through the job, we told them they were charging us more than we had agreed upon. They more or less said we could have them not complete the job. We couldn't really do that so we had them finish the job but we paid a lot more than what we wanted to. The girl did a few things that made me upset. She brought her new puppy to a meeting with my architect and got focused on the dog and his potty needs the whole time. She also told us the same stories about her own personal stories over and over again. She also didn't really take much responsibility for her overcharging us.
Description of Work: We had one hundred thousand dollars worth of remodeling at our more than 2000 square foot home. Detail Designs was our interior designer that were responsible for designing a new layout and colors that correlated with our environmental taste. We informed them that our budget could only support $4000 maximum.
