David's Home Repair

The work David did was great. He wasn't able to finish the job. I still needed the floor repaired and replaced. He got sick, but gave me a recommendation of someone who could finish the job for me (tho' I ended up using someone else). I would definitely use him again. He was easy to communicate with and took the trouble to get back in touch with me although he had been quite ill.

Great experience. He had the best price and started/finished when he said. The only problem is that he told me he is moving out of the area so probably won't be around any more to do work in this area. Bummer.

Dave was courteous and professional. He came out the first day to investigate the problem then returned the next with tools and parts. It took him about one hour to complete the work.

It was a veryn difficult task because the 30+ year old toilet flanges were rusted and decomposed. David was able to come up with innovative solutions and completed the installation to my complete satisfaction. He also adjusted the door jams on 2 exterior doors so they would close and lock properly. This was done for no charge. The work came in at the estimate and was completed in one day. David did not charge mileage or for the time spent procuring the extra parts. I would use David again in the future for handyman/home repairs.

Arrived on time, quickly finished the project, cleaned up his mess and left us with a perfectly functioning and handsome door knob.

David and Josh came exactly when they said they would, got right to work and completed the project expertly. They cleaned the door and all the metal shards from the floor so the dog wouldn't be injured. Not only did they take all the cardboard boxes out to the recycle can, they broke up the boxes and put them in the appropriate can, either garbage or recycle. We've had them to the house twice. The first time they did numerous odd jobs around the house, without complaint(or rolling their eyes). The price was incredibly reasonable. David and Josh are very professional, courteous and pleasant to have in the home. I give them my highest recommendation.
