City Lock

I would leave -5 if I could. I was promised that I would get a Key Fob COPIED and PROGRAMMED. However this did not happen and I was still CHARGED $150 even though not every part of the agreement was met. Besides being talked down to the whole transaction, and AFTER the whole programming process failed, I was then also told that if I returned in two weeks after returning the key fob I had originally brought in, and FOR AN EXTRA $100, I would receive a Key Fob that was guaranteed to work. This whole time and process was fruitless and the fact that I was charged anything at all to begin with is ridiculous. I would ABSOLUTELY AVOID this place!

Jeff at City Lock was incredibly kind, caring and generous to me yesterday. Over the telephone, which he actually answered, he patiently walked me through my problem troubleshooting my issues step by step. And guess what? In less than 10 minutes my door lock was locking and unlocking again! In other places, a guy would have come out, done what I did myself, and then charged me at least $200.00. I feel so lucky that I found Jeff at City Lock. You should call him too. By the time the other companies called me back my door was all fixed and I hadn't spent a dime!

Jeff was able to get me the information needed and provide me with future information on locks if I needed a plan B. Very thorough.

The gentleman I talked to from City Lock was extremely informative and was patient while he explained things about my system I didn't know. He recommended more cost effective options for my particular situation and how to find a trustworthy provider. Although I won't be using City Lock, I'd highly recommend them to folks in the Boulder-area.

They service was great, they were awesome, the key that they made and recreated work well on all doors of the car.

Great! I got ridiculously expensive quotes from 2 dealerships who wanted to change my entire ignition (not broken!) but City Lock solved it quickly and reasonably.

Jeff the owner was great. Did work ask expected and explained process and charges while doing it. Another lock company recommended him since their car lock guy moved out of state. Prices were OK - inline with other places and cheaper than the dealership. I would go back without hesitation.

I had previous quotes of $270 - $300 dollars to fix the car key issue from other companies. I called CityLock because of their auto lock smith abilities and was very happy with how things turned out. I received a detailed breakdown of my costs and where my money was going. In addition, I was able to watch the process so I knew what my money was going towards. In the end Citylock saved me a great amount of money and I was extremely pleased with their service. Would highly recommend to anybody needing any sort of lock smith work.

Great quick service and they even pulled a broken key out of a small safe for me at no charge. I promised to give them my ongoing lock business forever!

He replaced all the locks and installed new locks. Since my parents are elderly, he recommended 1 key to fit all the new locks and it is working out perfect for my mother. My father has demensia and was trying to leave the house at odd times of the day. He was extremely helpful with his suggestions as to where the deadbolts should be installed. My mother was very comfortable with him and we discovered that we missed one very important lock after John had completed the work. My mother called him and he came over right away to install the last lock. If it wasn't for John, my mother wouldn't have the peace of mind she has today. It's hard to find, trustworthy, knowledgeable and compassionate people like John. HIRE JOHN IF YOU NEED ANY TYPE OF ASSISTANCE WITH LOCKS, HE IS AWESOME!!!
