+ -1 moreAfter being discouraged with the lack of service at a home improvement store, I noticed Carpet One on my drive home. Within 10 minutes (no kidding) the extremely helpful salesperson found me a carpet remnant perfect for the room, scheduled delivery and installation and took away the old carpet. The installation was done the next day.
Description of Work: Purchased carpet remnant for small room.

+ -1 moreTHEY ALWAYS DO SUPERIOR WORK. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR 3 YEARS AND THE SAME EMPLOYEES HAVE COME EACH TIME TO MY HOME. THEY KNOW MY HOME AND ARE ALWAYS VERY THOROUGH. THEY HAVE PAID SPECIAL ATTENTION TO PET AREAS AND ALWAYS LEAVE ME WITH A SPECIAL STAIN REMOVAL PRODUCT TO USE IN BETWEEN CLEANINGS.

+ -1 moreCARPET VAN, CARPET ONE WAS A VERY RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THEY ORDERED THE WOOD, HAD EXPERT INSTALLATION AND TOOK CARE OF EVERY DETAIL FOR ME. THE END RESULT IS JUST BEAUTIFUL. THE OWNER, BOB MCDONALD, IS A VERY NICE MAN WHO IS ALSO VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWS HIS PRODUCTS. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN FOR ALL KINDS OF FLOORING NEEDS.
