My experience with Mr. Clowes is that his approach to working with clients is based on truthfulness and integrity, and is tantamount to advocacy rather than being a sales number which was reassuring. I so appreciated his intelligence, judicial experience, and high degree of competence which left me at ease with his recommendations, especially since this was a short sale. He was patient with all my questions answering them all. I never felt that he was rushing through anything in order to make the sale. Anyone wanting to sell or purchase real estate should know that Patrick Clowes at Boulder Realty Brokers can offer a very positive real estate experience. My past experiences with brokers hasn't always been positive; I'm very thankful I had the opportunity to work with Boulder Realty Brokers and plan to share this positive experience with others wanting professional real estate services.
