Brian was very professional and helpful. He did an excellent job of rehabbing my pond which had been shut down for 2 years. They're not cheap but they're worth every penny.

Did not communicate per my request, proceeded to do work without my authorization, but able to come to a compromise afterwards.

Came the next day and fair price

There is a saying with vendors that goes "cheap, fast, good", pick two. Tony and his team were very fast and very, very good. I would highly recommend them.

We just recently moved into a home with a backyard pond. It had not been taken care of. It needed help and I needed advice of what to do. Called Boulder Pond and they came and cleaned it and told me the waterfall had a severely damaged liner. This is the advise I needed to continue on at a later date. Tony followed up with a phone call. I couldn't be more pleased. Technicians did an excellent job. I will call them again.

Tony went out of his way to understand my problems with an existing pond. The technicians did an excellent job. This was the first company I hired to do maintenance that actually knew what they were doing and provided the correct supplies and directions for me to follow-up.

I had a leak in my pond and they came out three times to get it fixed. A little problem in knowing when they were coming and I had to stay on the scheduler. They weren't the fastest of workers but got the job done and I was satisfied.

The Technician came ready for any issue. Fast and efficient. Waterfall pump is working much better then the old one ever did. Will definitely use them again.

Our pond/waterfall has not been working for a couple of years, Tony, Brian and their crew did an excellent job redesigning and repairing the equipment, now we have a beautiful water feature, better than ever, I would recommend Boulder Ponds to anyone in need of a company you can trust to do excellent work!

Our pond was really a mess, so it was more expensive than I wanted to spend, but they did a fabulous job. They recommended updated equipment which we knew we needed.

He showed me a picture of what I thought he would do but the waterfall he made for me was much smaller than the one in the picture. They were nice enough but came about two hours late and did not have what they needed so they went to lunch and had a courier bring their supplies. I did not feel I got what I paid for and was disappointed.

Boulder Ponds fixed a problem with my fountain that no one else knew how to fix.

He fixed and cleaned my pond. The job was done with high quality workmanship and attention to detail. I plan to use them on a regualr basis.

They saved me lot of money by repairing my unit instead of selling me a new one.

I called Tony based on his ratings here on HomeAdvisor. We talked on the phone and I gave him a detailed explanation of what I needed. He quoted me a price and within a couple days he and his guys were at my house. He did the work at the quoted price and the work quality was excellent. He was proactive in returning my phone calls and patiently answered my numerous questions. The guys he brought to the job were knowledgeable and personable. When I need more work done on my water feature, Tony will be my first and only phone call.
