Description of Work: We had Andrew in for a long cumulative list of handy-work. He re-caulked both our tubs, repaired drain-stoppers in the bathroom sinks, did some plumbing work to fix leaks, repaired a leaky laundry drain, installed a set of massive living room curtain rods, repaired two doors that weren't shutting properly, etc. He also looked at a sag in our deck, identified that it was a problem that wasn't his main are of expertise, and recommended a colleague for what turned out to be critical structural repair that wasn't immediately visible. Andrew then coordinated w/the deck repair guy and made sure everything got done as we wished. All of his work was beautifully done--the tubs looked fresh and new--and very reasonably priced.
