+ -1 moreThey were good. When they came, they gave me a quote for the extra windows that I have that were not part of the program in their ad. Their pricing was average but I would say that it was not cheap. They did it quickly. What happened was that they were busy and I was busy too. They charged me $4 per panel and I had 21 windows and I would say that that was reasonable. What I did not like about them was that they did not call me and I had to call them twice or three times for them to come to this area because they work in different areas. But they came right on time when they said that they would.
Description of Work: I used Alpha Window LLC just three weeks ago for window panel cleaning.

+ -1 moreThey were fast, efficient and effective. All the right tools and skills. A wonderful cheerful attitude. The job they did was amazing! The windows were like clear crystal. You could almost put your hand through them. Perfect! Worked on a Saturday to get the home ready for architectural photos. Two agile team members began early and finished within the day. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Cleaned windows and screens of a large (4,000 sq ft) mountain house. Usonian architecture, many large plate glass windows, multiple clear stories, large view sky lights (viewing up and out through a spectacular Aspen), and traditional windows at heights as high as 30' above grade. Inside and out. Disruption was minimal.

Description of Work: Our gutters were extremely dirty. We purchased a coupon to have them cleaned. Our house is on the larger side and we did have to pay some in addition to what we pre-bought. Description of Work: Around Halloween, I connected with Matt to schedule cleaning and repair of my gutters--obviously time was of concern, since snow season was coming and my roof on the shade side is prone to ice dams that can tear the shingles. His pricing seemed good. But several days after the work was alleged to be done (I was not onsite, he had my address), I noticed that no work had been done. This was denied at first, but after checking it was determined the workers had gone to the wrong address. OK then. Take 2. By next week it had snowed heavily and my ice dam problem returned since my gutters were not clean. But Matt committed to having workers come back out to do the work. I arrived, and they were cleaning the gutters: nice. However, I reiterated that several specific gutter repairs that were part of the original scope of work were not done. Matt promised to follow up in a day or two to get someone out to finish the job. Then... 3.5 months passed. I did not hear a thing from Matt, and did not get any repairs. Winter descended. The unrepaired gutters persisted as a problem. In the latter half of February, Matt called. He apologized for... you know, not following up on work he had agreed to do 4 months earlier. But now he wanted to come complete the job, gratis. Given the multiple issues and weirdness I'd had already, I wasn't sure I trusted him with the work. And since I had screaming 3 and 5 year old children in my back seat, I calmly told him I'd have to think about it and call back. Then he started getting testy at me, just because I was hesitating to reschedule an repair he had failed to fully execute after 2 visits and 4 months. And then he hung up on me. So um... the next day he called back and left a message apologizing. I do genuinely appreciate that: let's say it would raise my grade from an F to an F+ or a D- if that option were available. But you get the point. Way too much water under the bridge (and through the leaky gutter) had passed to warrant any further follow up. In short: Avoid.

Because it had been advertised they chose to honor their offer with us, and although it took a little while, they came and completed it. They did a good job, and I would recommend them for people that live in the Boulder area.

+ 0 moreIt took several phone calls to set up a cleaning time and were not aware of the Angie's list deal the cleaner did not know about the Angie list deal and gave me an invoice for the full charge. I did not pay, because my credit card was charged... I emailed the owner and he did not get back to me about my complaint The cleaning person showed up on time and seemed capable, but when I returned he stated on the invoice he could not clean two window wells in the basement because of 'snakes'. I could not find the snakes, but two window wells were not cleaned. He failed to clean a section of gutter, missed a couple of spots on the windows, got the curtain stuck in one screen and failed to close/shut one window -- a sloppy job. I was disappointed in their performance; they seemed like a good business and the Angie's list reviews were all positive. I must have been the exception, maybe not, but I'm sorry to have to give such a negative review.

He quickly got to work and he even put booties on over his shoes when he entered the house! Both Matt and Rick were extremely polite and professional! I got an accurate bid for the job and was very pleased with the work done! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

When he came inside booties were put on over his shoes and when he was finished everything was put back in the right spot. All the screens were re-installed correctly and the dust and grime were gone. This is a very professional company and we will use them again and again in the future.
Description of Work: Matt performed landscape work earlier this month and I asked him to get me an estimate for washing the windows on our one-story home. We have several windows, all with screens. He showed up on time and worked solidly for about 4 hours without any breaks.

+ 0 moreA young lady arrived alone and I had my doubts about her ability to do the job safely and efficiently. But I did not need to worry-she was very competent and did an excellent job. She found a rubber toy football that was firmly lodged in our out-of-reach gutter that had been causing a lot of rain and melted snow to drip down the side of the house. Also she was very friendly to my pesky dog who kept following her around the upstairs windows and barking at her till I put him in the basement where he could not see her. I would definitely use the company again.
Description of Work: I asked the service to clean all gutters and the outside of the upstairs windows. I also asked them to check one gutter that we could not reach with conventional ladders.
