Spectacular from start to finish! When we bought the house, framing was already (mostly) done and we self-installed most of the electric. Jim and Carlos took over from there. The project took about two months total between the two guys. From day 1, they were exceptionally professional. Jim would text me every morning to let me know he was on the way, and would give me updates on what was to come as the project progressed. Only a few changes were made to the original project, and Jim was excellent about offering sound suggestions if something needed to be changed. He worked with us every day to ensure we had everything we needed/wanted in the spaces we did. They were very clean despite a ton of drywall dust. At the end of every day, they would tidy up the area and did their best to cover everything down there. His pricing was the middle bid among the others I received, and the work was exceptional, very meticulous, and done beautifully. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: The projected consisted of finishing an unfinished basement. Most of the framing was already in place upon buying the home, and electric was run separately. This projected consisted of adding a large main room with psuedo-kitchen area, a bathroom with linen closet, bedroom with closet, and hobby room with utility sink. What was done; modifying existing framing and adding some additional framing for HVAC, closets and bathroom areas, relocated the rough-in plumbing to accommodate the new bathroom, installed drywall, laminate flooring, and did the painting and texturing to the walls, carpeting the bedroom, and tiling in the bathroom, installed cabinets in main room, five doors and three ceiling fans. Wired canned lighting in hobby room and above kitchen area in main room. We supplied several major items for installation, including large soaking tub, shower head and controls, vanity with sink, cabinets, ceiling fans, and full-sized refrigerator.
He did a great job framing, drywall, insulation and painting my garage and building wall/closet/doors and converting my tub to shower pan and hvac vent. He showed up everyday until the jobs were done and very easy to work with! The quality of work was outstanding!

Jim and his crew did a great job! They had to reframe where the enclosure was going. They had to move and re-plumbed the and water lines. Also had them put in new flooring. Jim picked out a very nice design, looks like wood. Would most definitely recommend and hire again!

i actually had a family emergency in the morning and was late getting back with [Member Name Removed] and even though ive never met [Member Name Removed] she decided to give me a review i did contact her after the fact once i was freed up so her review is not valid in the sense that i did contact her to try to reschedule but got no response in return in my opinion just someone trying to ruin someones reputation without working with them//
Jim is amazing! His work is unbeatable! I live in Cheyenne and he drove every day here to work. He put in 8 hours or more everyday. He made sure I was up to date on everything that was going to be done! His professional work performance is A++++

Took some time. Apparently, Jim Ruffin of Integrity is a busy guy. Once he got started the project was finished in 1 week and did a wonderful job. Yes, I would hire again
Description of Work: tub to walk in shower conversion
We had a small 400 SF basement that was finished. Jim did a great job, even when some of the details from the way condo was built presented some challenges. We were able to get a small room, full bathroom and small laundry area built and it looks great. Jim was easy to work with as far as choice of colors and materials ect. He kept in communication when items were not available and he presented other options. Working with Jim was easy when we changed some items in the middle of project.
We are so thankful for the work done on our home. Jim did very high quality work. He did dry wall, tile, painting, ceilings, and trim. He also installed vanities, showers, toilets, and light fixtures. We are beyond happy with our home. He was also great at communicating and informing us of any issues. He never made any decisions without informing us first. We would highly recommend using him!

Jim did a good job with the dry wall work, kitchen cabinet install, plumbing, and tile work. He would do a good job of communicating his plan and following through on when he was going to accomplish the work as well as status updates. Since we picked out all the materials, there was a couple things we didn't communicate well on how it should be installed. If something needed to be changed, Jim was very open to making several of the changes that we requested through the project. He also did a good job of cleaning up after himself. Jim provided a good value for his work. He was very good at communicating with us. He also was very good with dry wall. I would recommend Jim to anyone for a kitchen or bathroom remodel.
Description of Work: Jim did a major kitchen and bathroom remodel for us. One bathroom had original 1970s fixtures that needed to be completely removed. The tiles and flooring also needed to be removed and replaced. For our kitchen, Jim finished off the dry wall on a wall that we opened up ourselves when demoing the kitchen. He also installed the cabinets and finishing hardware in the kitchen. Jim also subbed out the crown molding. The sub did a good job with our old homes uneven ceiling height. We picked out all the materials and Jim would install them. He also rerouted the plumbing to accommodate our new sink arrangement.
It took far too long, much longer than planned. The quality, in the end, was OK, but, in the end, I felt that was much more due to my attention to detail than theirs. They are nice folks, but need to develop clear plans, communications, and expectations.
Jim and his Crew do excellent work. We have been looking for contractors, builders, finishers and all kinds of people to hire to finish our basement, and we ended up going with Jim and Integrity Remodeling. Are we glad we did!! Jim does most all the work himself with his own employee which saved us on having to hire a contractor and pay them to hire out other companies to complete the job in pieces. With Jim and his employee, we knew who we were getting, he talked to us everyday and kept us up to date on the process, and is very easy to talk to. He gives great recommendations and sure does know what he is doing. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a basement finish, remodel, service or anything of that nature. We plan to use him to help us with our upstairs remodel now!! Thanks Jim!!!
It went very well. Everything Jim and his other work man, Ivan did, was done very good. Very pleased with the whole job. They were courteous, professional did a wonderful job, and did it in less time than what they had previously anticipated.. It was very easy to work with Jim on a time to get the job done. Very pleased and we are having Jim do all the drywall and framing in your basement in a few months!
Description of Work: Installation of two fans and lights in living room and bedroom, new door handles and locks on front door, new sink installation
JIm and his team represented all the qualities we expected from our contractor, fair price, punctual, and clean. Jim was very accommodating with the design we had in mind and made all the details work exactly how we wanted them. We had a specific time we needed the basement done by and Jim had it completed ahead of that date through regular hours work and extra hours even weekends if necessary. We couldn't be happier with the way the basement turned out and would definitely use Integrity again for any other future projects.

It took almost a month to complete this project, all of this time the old shower was un-usable and so was most of the bathroom. During which getting any information was difficult at best. The installer would just randomly show up at the rental without any warning. When it was done, the show broke on first use, the water wouldn't shut off, and they had to come back and fix the install. The clean-up after the job was poorly done to.o.
Description of Work: Shower replacement, take out a tile shower and replace it with a fiberglass one for one of my rental units.
Jim and crew member Glen did all work except electrical which Jim subcontracted out. Jim took care of pulling the construction permit and inspections. The job was started in Nov 2014 and finished the first week in Feb 2015 even with the off-time I requested during Thanksgiving and two weeks around Christmas. These guys were always on-time, every day, and diligent in adhering to their own elevated work ethic. It's something very refreshing to see. I've too often experienced the polar opposite when dealing with construction guys. Jim sticks to his words and promises. I never had to worry that he wouldn't. I never thought this fairly big project would actually have an element of fun to it, but Jim and Glen have the attitude that often made it that way. I think Jim's work speaks for itself. He takes care to do things right, and is skilled in virtually all aspects of home construction. There is no doubt I will be asking Jim back for future projects as they come up. Trust is a mighty thing, and I have plenty of it in Jim. Blake T. Annette B.
Description of Work: We hired Jim to do a very big partial basement finish in Johnstown, CO of almost 1,000 SF. It included a recording studio, exercise room, hallway, half bath, and large entertainment room.

Living in a bi-level house, our kitchen remodel was practically a full upstairs remodel. Walls were removed, electrical was moved/changed, layout changed, a gas line installed to both the fireplace and new stove, new flooring, raised the fireplace and installed a bench, new doors, popcorn ceiling removed, fresh paint... and of course the full kitchen remodel. Everything looks fantastic! We could not be happier with the outcome! Looks like a completely new house!

Jim was incredibly professional and the entire process with Integrity Remodeling from estimate to completion went very smoothly. The Jacuzzi/shower combo in my basement had been leaking and was in desperate need of a remodel. The entire thing had to be waterproofed and the tiling around the Jacuzzi completely redone. It was a difficult job as the Jacuzzi was custom done and a very unique setup. Jim was up to the challenge! He gave me a fair estimate and I was beyond impressed with his professionalism, punctuality, and demeanor. I am very pleased with how the job came out and the speed at which Jim completed it without sacrificing quality or cleanliness. I would absolutely recommend Jim and Integrity Remodeling and I wouldn't hesitate to have him work on my house when the next thing inevitably pops up!
Description of Work: Jim remodeled a leaky shower/tub combo in my basement bathroom. He redid the tile around the tub to waterproof it and redid the plumbing which was also having issues.
Horribly! I would not hire this business to hang a closet door. For starters, Jim (the owner), came to our home to measure our basement and then provide us with a budget. He did, however we have 9 foot ceilings and he budgeted 8 foot ceilings so the original budget was not even close to accurate. We also discussed a cutout in the stairwell which he neglected to add into the budget and seemed to have totally forgotten when we actually got started with the framing. There were major communication issues throughout the entire project with Jim and they started at the beginning. The start date was pushed back 3 separate times. I would hear nothing from Jim, assume everything was on schedule and email him the day before start to confirm what time he would be arriving. Three times I was told that was not the plan anymore and he would give me a new start date. We made it very clear to Jim when he provided the budget that we needed someone to complete framing, drywall, paint and finish carpentry. The remainder we had already contracted out (thank goodness we did!). We hired Jim to complete this work. We did not hire Jim to be a general contractor and bring in subcontractors, which is what he did. Luckily the framer he brought in knew more than Jim did about framing and did a fantastic job. Because the framer was so good we kept moving forward with Jim. The drywall could not have gone worse! The framer told us that Jim did not intend on completing our drywall himself because he had taken another job and that he was looking for a drywall crew to bring in. The framer told us this. Jim never communicated this. One Friday evening at about 6 pm a drywall crew showed up at our home. They told us they were there to meet Jim and provide him with a cost to complete the drywall in our basement. Again, Jim had said nothing to us about the drywall and we already had a budget from Jim for materials and labor for drywall. Jim never showed and we ended up taking the crew through our basement. In hindsight, we should have fired Jim then and there and hired this crew. They were actual drywallers. Jim did not end up hiring them because apparently they were too expensive. Again, this information did not come from Jim but from the new drywall crew that ended up showing up unexpectedly one evening. During all of this Jim had the drywall delivered. He called one evening and told us the materials would be showing up in about a half hour and could be let the crew in? We were not even home and of course Jim had no plans of being there himself. We rushed home and let them in. This crew ended up destroying a window through which they brought the drywall in and we eventually had to completely replace the window. Not cheap! Back to the crew (a husband and wife) that Jim did hire to complete our drywall. Turns out he had never even met this couple in person before. Apparently he had somehow found their number and hired them over the phone. He had apparently told them we had 8 foot ceilings because I got an earful when they saw that the ceilings were 9 ft. I told them to call Jim to work it out and apparently they did and agreed to get started. Jim professed that these two had been drywalling for 35 years (um, not even close). They hung the drywall the wrong direction causing need for additional sheets of drywall. They would begin in a room and then randomly move to another room and hang a piece of drywall. They even started taping and mudding in random places for some reason. Their work was not the worst problem. We had given Jim access to our garage code to come in and work while we were at work. He went ahead and passed this on to this drywall crew. We found a ton of evidence each time they were in our home and we were gone that they had wandered through our house, into bedrooms, opening drawers, utilizing our kitchen and refrigerator, but the worst was the bathroom. Without getting too gross, let's just say they went number 2 in 2 different bathrooms and proceeded to wipe their feces all over the toilet and walls. We continuously were calling and emailing Jim to tell him of the issues and he kept informing us that he had spoken with him and it would not happen again. The 2nd time they did what they did in the bathroom we told Jim they could not come back to our home, the garage code had been changed and the alarm system was on. We had a long talk with Jim and he was told that he was to complete the work he was hired to do or we would find someone else. Jim showed up for a total of 2 days with a new drywall crew and that was all the work he did. The new crew was normal but also not experienced and incredibly slow. It took 6 weeks to complete drywall, which we later found out from several contractors should have taken no more than a week. We ended up spending a ton of money to fix the drywall problems after we finally fired Jim and told him we no longer needed his services. They had covered 6 electrical outlets and 3 plumbing cleanouts with drywall that we had to find. The outlets that were cut out were done so poorly that they had to have huge chunks cut out and new pieces put in. You would be better off to utube the work you need done and do it yourself. Jim will end up costing you time and money and screw up your house!
Description of Work: Integrity Remodeling was hired to complete the framing, insulation, drywall, painting and finish carpentry in our unfinished basement. We cut ties with Integrity after painting was complete due to the poor quality and unprofessionalism we encountered.

this member for starters is being unfair in her review she told me she needed to get started as soon as possible and she did not find anyone else so i tried to get her scheduled anyway by finding a sub to take care of some of her work i was on another contract she acted like she was in a hurry and i told her i was on another contract and that i would look for a drywall person we had a bad experience with the first drywaller and i resolved that but she was not happy at that point even though we finished the drywall stage she was very difficult to get along with it just goes to show that you cant try to do to much at a time when i am involved with the jobsite things always go well because i pay attention to detail and get the job done in the right way i will not be subbing any work out in the future. due to time restraints this one did not work out due to the fact that i was not involved in the process enough.however she did get the work finished as far as budget? basement finishing is based on sq footage my price was below the average price most basement finish companies would charge the work came out nice however and there is no justification for this review.
.,It went great!! Jim's what ever it takes work ethic was awesome to work with. As most remodels go there are unexpected issues and new add on ideas as you go. Jim and his assistant's did a great job and had good ideas as well. The house was a challenged because I wanted a unique look that required a lot of custom hands on work. The slate floors, showers and counter tops were not an easy install. Jim spent a lot of time on them and took pride in the finished product. They are stunning!!!! It blows people away when they enter the house. The bathrooms are jaw dropping, all the slate work, custom sinks and plumbing turned out incredible. I have to add that Jim is the most even tempered contractor I've ever worked with. The Jacuzzi tub alone, which had to be custom fitted into a corner surrounded by of course slate tile had to be pulled in and out 3 times to get the plumbing and motor to fit properly. This job alone would have put most guy's over the top. The house turned out spectacular.
Description of Work: we completely remodeled, eliminated walls, removed kitchen ceiling boxes and installed new canned lighting, new countertops and back splash and new cabinets, new slate floors throughout the whole house, gutted bathrooms and the kitchen. tore down and rebuilt the main fire place, basically the whole house had something done to it.
Electrician, plumber, drywaller, framer, Tub, Tile, install, trim, texture and more. I have my basement mostly finished but needed bathroom help and other odds and ends. We had a bad rough in from the original owner and our framing was off 1.5" which caused a problem for tub setting. Not for Jim. It looks great and everything went well. An amazing worker, with great rates. The way he fixed the previous mistakes in framing plumbing were genius, literally. I would recommend and will use again. A+++++++++++++++
Description of Work: Tub set, drywall, mud, tape, texture, electrical, frame work, plumbing, trim.
