Travis was very responsive and got the job scheduled quickly. He showed up on time. All repairs were taken care of including a quick trip to the store to get additional supplies. Provided a detailed summary of work to provide to the buyer to verify work was completed. We would definitely use Travis again.

All I can say is buyer beware. We used them to renovate our Condo and to say we were disappointed in them is a serious understatement. I chose them, so I must own that mistake. They were months late. We had repeated problems getting straight answers. The individual in charge of the project was horrendously unorganized. One, comical example: they started installing our bathroom tile in our hall/kitchen because the project manager did not pay attention to written instructions. All that work was ripped out and re-done. Tile work in one bathroom and in the kitchen still have some problems. Material selections had to be changed because they did not order items on a timely basis even though the items had been selected sometimes months in advance (e.g., doors). Other problems just arose from a lack of thought--like they installed the new doors that had nickel door handles but left in the old brass hinges and latch plates. Sadly we even had problems with their core HVAC and plumbing services. For instance, they installed a thermostat that people who came in later said was wrong. Then we discovered that they failed to reconnect the house humidifier (the copper line was just hanging unconnected) so we are having someone else reconnect it. Finally, we discovered that (or at least it appears through the hole in my wall that) the water pipe leading to the old wet bar was completely removed; yet apparently they gave no thought to how we would connect to the ice maker/water dispenser in the refrigerator which was right next to the old wet bar. No single item was critical and in the end we have a home we really like, but we went through a lot of unnecessary grief in the process and there is no way we will work with these people again.

Great work! Took about three times as long as originally estimated, but we weren't under a deadline so this was no problem.
