I had 5 different places give me bids. Not only did Colorado Roof Toppers beat all of their quotes, but they also listened when I said I needed the gutters replaced too. I never had to repeat myself. Scott was on-site both days they were here to check on things. Denise was always very quick to respond with any questions we had. Lupe and the on-site team always seemed to be progressing, there's an eerie silence at lunch because they're so hard at work the rest of the time. They were fast, courteous, and stuck very close to the original quote when we were able to get the work handled. ****They didn't leave a single roofing nail behind.**** If you've ever had a roof done on a house before, you know this nightmare! Honestly, I wish they provided more services, it'd make the next few things we need to have done to the house a lot easier. Definitely recommended!

It went extremely well. Very friendly along with great service and advise. Provided addresses to view different color roofs to help with my decision. Also advised that my insurance company provided a premium discount with the roof I had installed. I did not know that. They saved me money with my insurance company as well! A fantastic family owned company!!!!!

Due to the complications of selling a house it was more difficult. Colorado Roof Toppers were amazing! They went above and beyond to work with us! Scott and Denise are very responsive and helpful! We had a few bumps in the process that caused delays yet they did everything in their power to make our deadline! They were fantastic during this very stressful time! We definitely recommend them!!

We found Roof Toppers very friendly and easy to work with. Their communication was excellent and the roofing work was well done. Their prices were similar to others, but we went with them because they were so good to work with. The roofing work was great, they cleaned up extremely well and the roof looks great!

Roof from entire structure was removed and new roof was installed. Garage never had vents, so 3 new vents were added to garage and 4 vents added to roof. New gutters were installed as were new down spouts. We had class IV shingles installed.

We have dealt with a lot of roofing companies over the years, but Colorado Roof Toppers was by far the best experience yet! From initial estimate, to delivery, to installation, they were professional, courteous, on time, and did an amazing job. We actually felt like they were trying to protect our home the best way possible, making good suggestions up front, doing the work right at the end, and communicating with us all along the way. Even the little things, like cleaning up with a giant magnet, left the rest of our property in way better shape than other experiences. If we have to do another roof, they'll be our first call!

Excellent. We bought our first roof because it needed replacing after 30+ years. Unfortunately we were devastated by enormous hail storms the 2 summers in a row after replacing our roof initially. Each and every time we needed a new roof, Colorado Roof Toppers were efficient, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Had a very honest conversation about options and prices, and they provided lots of real-world experience and behind-the-scenes knowledge of what did/didn't really affect the longevity I was after. A previous company had told me that replacing all of my gutters would be required, but Colorado Roof Toppers said my gutters were just fine and didn't need any work. I had one problem spot with inadequate gutter and downspout size, and they took care up upgrading just that one spot. I had several questions leading up to the installation, and I received prompt and thoughtful replies to all of my emails. The crew was prompt, quick and tidy - other than the new roof, it was hard to find signs that anything had even happened. The whole job was finished in a single day. I would highly recommend Colorado Roof Toppers to anyone. Since they weren't the first company I contacted, I had a "baseline" alternative to compare against to make me that much more appreciative of how great they were to work with.

Colorado Roof Toppers were great to work with. To start, they provided a list of homes in the area for us to compare shingle colors. We then scheduled, in the winter of 2018, for installation in the spring of 2019. We had to delay installation in order to get the fascia board repaired first, which was unexpected, and Colorado Roof Toppers were gracious in handling the delay. (The excessive rain in the spring added to the delays as well!) Communication regarding the job was great, and the yard was in fine shape after the work (no waste or debris).

We could not be happier with the quality of work, professionalism and customer service from Colorado Roof Toppers. Their communication with us regarding the process, and how the weather was affecting our install date was impeccable, and they were done within a day of starting the work. The end result met our expectations and then some...

Everything couldn't have gone better. Shingles arrived when told ahead of job so there would be no delay. Crew came on the date we expected and were professional and cleaned the area around the house every day. Protected the roof from the unexpected snow. Would use them again.

Now that we have come through the replacement process, I can clearly understand what a difference it is to have a company with all their ducks lined up. Our roof job was fast, 1 1/2 days, quiet, from material delivery to installation the team from CRT was most deliberate about their tasks. No bundles dropped on the house ! My property was cleaner when they left it than when they first arrived. Oh, the roof looks super too. With the reviews on GAF roof materials, I'm thinking this will be my last roof. Colorado Roof Toppers provided excellent quality of service and instilled confidence in each step of the process. When compared to roof replacements in my neighborhood, the quality and installation of the roof, gutter system and skylight is exceptional. Who knew what a difference a quality roof system makes? Scott and Denise Bart had excellent communicant and coordination when working with them on our new roof. The process was simple, on time and quick. From the time we said go, it was less than 10 days to roof completion. Cleanup was impeccable and the crew was professional throughout.

Excellent and professional work. On time, on price and easy to work with. They replaced the roof on our our main house and stables in 1 1/2 days. After the job you could not tell they had worked on our roof the clean up was excellent. They arrived on the morning the day scheduled and finished when they said they would. The work and materials were high quality. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone else.

I talked to Denise this morning while I was at work. I'm not sure Denise understood what I'm looking for. I told her I'm under contract on a home in Estes Park and need a bid to replace the roof. She stated you do not do inspections. This is not an inspection. It's a request for a roof replacement. She then went on to say for me to call her once I purchased the home. I explained I'm in negotiation with the owner of who will pay what. She told me you are not interested and that was the end of our conversation. I'm not sure how you have such great ratings with the poor professionalism of Denise. With my talk with Denise and her response to my new roof needs.... I would not go with your company at this point anyway. I work in Property Management in Boulder and have for over 40 years. I get bids for everything from carpet replacement, window replacement, boilers, painting, general contractors, landscaping, etc. I've never had a company I've contacted just come right out and tell me that they are not interested. Usually, they have some sort of reason: Too busy? Don't work in the area? Do not do bids for replacement? I would not tolerate this type of conduct to a potential customer from one of my employees..
